Asset Growth Inc. (AGI) is a property holding company that was incorporated in 1988. The company was organized primarily to invest, manage, and develop real estate properties for Team First Asia. This company has investments in Metro Manila, Batangas, Laguna, Tarlac, Bataan, and Cebu. AGI has three divisions:

Property Asset and Liability Management;
Property Concept Planning and Development;
Property Acquisition and Disposition.

Historical Milestones

1988

Asset Growth became part of the First Asia group to respond to the growing real estate needs of the group.
1992

Acquired the manufacturing site at the LISP 1, the present location of Fastech’s Manufacturing Complex
1994

Acquired offices at the PDCP Centre which became the head office of First Asia Venture Capital Inc.
1999

Entered into a JV that developed the Hermosa Leisure Park & Industrial Estate
2000

Acquired a a 6 hectares spread in Tanauan, Batangas where FAITH Colleges is now situated
2008

Acquired Lima City Hotel, nestled at the Lima Technology Center in Malvar, Batangas.
2013

Acquired majority of Greenvale Heights, the current location of Batangas Lakelands.
2018

Added the first property outside of Luzon to its portfolio with the acquisition of units at Cebu Exchange Building in Cebu.
2019

Added the Asiafreight Logistics Hub in Parañaque to AGI’s asset portfolio.
